Uma nova realidade que tem muito pouco a ver com o despesismo distributivo (e rentista) de subsídios da administração de Obama (como antes de Bush) e muito mais com o funcionamento do mercado (quando o mecanismo da formação dos preços ainda não foi completamente distorcido pelos governos).
